Assist in managing constituent records, producing seasonal mailing lists, and data entry and revision in constituent database. Maintain accurate, neat and timely database and paper files. Assist with database research; collect and store information for easy access by development officers. Scan and save in electronic format both past and current constituent files. Assist with gift processing and report creation.
- A college degree from an accredited university is required. A business or accounting/finance related degree is preferred. In lieu of a college degree, the following may be considered:
- 60 hours of completed college credit and two years closely related employment experience; OR
- four (4) years closely related employment experience
- Proficient grammar, proofreading, writing and business letter-crafting skills are preferred. Good penmanship skills are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications and particularly in Excel (word processing, mail merge, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
