Description
Responsibilities: 

Assist in managing constituent records, producing seasonal mailing lists, and data entry and revision in constituent database. Maintain accurate, neat and timely database and paper files. Assist with database research; collect and store information for easy access by development officers. Scan and save in electronic format both past and current constituent files.  Assist with gift processing and report creation.   

Minimum Requirements: 
  1. A college degree from an accredited university is required. A business or accounting/finance related degree is preferred.  In lieu of a college degree, the following may be considered:
  1. 60 hours of completed college credit and two years closely related employment experience; OR
  2. four (4) years closely related employment experience
  1. Proficient grammar, proofreading, writing and business letter-crafting skills are preferred.  Good penmanship skills are preferred.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications and particularly in Excel (word processing, mail merge, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
  3. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
