Description
Responsibilities:
Assists coaching staff with various aspects of Women’s Indoor and Beach Volleyball program. Recruits and scouts prospective student-athletes as directed by head coach. Assist with practices and matches, film breakdown, and match scouting and preparation. Work schedule will vary, not to exceed 26 hours in any given workweek, which is Saturday through Friday.

Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- Playing experience in this sport is required. Playing experience in this sport at the college level is preferred.
- Knowledge of NCAA, ASC, and UMHB rules and regulations is preferred.
- Basic computer competency and general office equipment operation is required.
- Must be available for a flexible work schedule, including assigned weekend and evening hours.
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
