The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.

JOB DUTIES:  Assures the department provides the highest level of customer service to the Arts Academy students and their families.  Performs assigned administrative duties which include budget management, recordkeeping and similar tasks.  Performs strategic analysis of the program and develops related reports and recommendations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University’s mission and who will be an active participant in their local church.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related field is required.  Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years full-time experience in music program assessment or administration is required. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
  • Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required.
  • Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
  • Must agree to the University’s Employee Statement of Understanding.
