This is a part-time, Adjunct Faculty position.
THIS POSTING IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF AN OPEN POSITION. Applications for part-time adjunct faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed when openings become available. Future teaching assignments are on a semester-by-semester basis, which may include fall, spring and summer.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in TESOL/TESL/TEFL, Linguistics or related field, or Bachelor’s degree with certification in ESOL or TESOL/TESL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA certification.
- Three or more years of teaching experience in non-native class setting.
- Additional relevant education may replace the experience requirement.
- Must be an active, committed Christian.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Arts in TESOL, Linguistics or related field, or Master’s Degree with Certificate in ESOL or TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA.
- Teaching experience in an intensive ESL program.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Computer Skills / Must be willing to teach hybrid-online classes.
- Knowledge of current second language instruction pedagogy and methodology, and ability to employ these in the classroom.
- Must possess excellent bi-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to interact positively with students, faculty and staff.
- Must possess strong planning and organizational skills.
