Description
The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.
Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) and all Business Office staff members by coordinating daily operations, providing administrative and budgetary support, managing student workers, and serving as a key point‑of‑contact for campus constituents. The role encompasses business and finance office operations, financial processing, student‑facing responsibilities, and board committee support.

The role encompasses business and finance office operations, financial processing, student‑facing responsibilities, and board committee support.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University’s mission and who will be an active participant in their local church.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; some college course completion is preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years administrative support, office management, or business operations experience is required. Experience supporting multiple people is preferred.
- Basic working knowledge of business office functions is required.
- Experience working in higher education is a plus.
- Experience with ERP software is preferred.
- Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and spelling is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows is required.
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Notary public certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Must agree to the University’s Employee Statement of Understanding.
