Description
Responsibilities: 

Assists with records and related activities for admission and recruiting. Provides exceptional customer service to students, parents, staff and faculty. Performs data entry, receptionist, and clerical tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains accurate records and files. Generates reports and correspondence.

Minimum Requirements: 

1. A high school diploma or GED is required.
2. A minimum of 3 years full-time employment experience in office, clerical or secretarial duties (preferably in an educational environment) is required.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required. Experience in a database environment is strongly preferred.
4. Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required.
5. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
