Description
The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.

Responsibilities:  Within prescribed guidelines and specifications, coordinates the set-up of rooms, meetings, banquets, luncheons, academic ceremonies and other events. Transports tables, chairs, equipment, etc. as necessary to locations on and off campus.  Assures that cleanliness, hygiene and safety factors are in place for each event.

Minimum Requirements: 
  1. Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University’s mission and who will be an active participant in their local church.
  2. A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
  3. A minimum of 1 year employment experience in facilities set up (to include space configuration, loading and storing heavy furniture and equipment, or similar experience) is preferred. 
  4. Experience in operating fork lift, boom lift, and similar equipment is strongly preferred. 
  5. General knowledge in building/equipment repair and maintenance is preferred.
  6. Must possess exceptional customer service, time management and detail-orientation skills.
  7. Must possess a current and valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable under UMHB auto coverage.
  8. Must agree to the University's Employee Statement of Understanding.
