Description
Responsibilities:
Using various records management systems and processes, performs a variety of records management activities, including spreadsheet creation, maintenance and evaluation, data entry in various HRIS platforms, contract / payroll reconciliation, record and file audits, form creation, electronic document conversion and archiving, and related activities.  Generates accurate reports, including graphs and charts.  Provides support to managers for a variety of projects and activities which may include employee applications, hiring and onboarding processes, benefits enrollment, and related projects and tasks.  Serves on employee events committee and facilitates employee events (requires evening hours 3 times each year).
 
Minimum Requirements: 
  1. A high school diploma or GED is required.  Some college course completion is preferred.
  2. At least two (2) years full-time employment experience in a data/records management, administrative support similar position is required.  Experience supporting multiple people is preferred.
  3. Experience with records management software systems is strongly preferred.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
  5. Experience with Adobe In-Design, Acrobat Pro, and MS Publisher is preferred.
  6. A minimum of 50 wpm typing speed is required.
  7. Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.
  8. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
