Description

Responsibilities:

Produces and edits video for Athletics programs. Produces highlights clips for media and other programs. Produces and directs live-streams for home and selected away Athletic events. Works with External Relations, Sports Information Director and others to assure that video is compatible to the University’s mission and image and is provided in a timely manner. Manages all assigned equipment and resources. Provides guidance and training to assigned student workers.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required (prefer a sport-related field). .
  2. A minimum of 1 year employment experience in videography is required.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) required.
  4. Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.
  5. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
  6. Must be at least 21 years of age.
  7. Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable by UMHB auto insurance carrier.
