The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.
Responsibilities: Assists in the overall operation of the UMHB Campus Store. Interacts on a daily basis with students, faculty, staff, and campus guests. Assists shoppers in selecting merchandise and provides excellent customer service to enhance the retail experience. Processes sales, returns and other transactions in an accurate and timely manner. Performs inventory activities as assigned. Assists in purchasing, stocking and displaying merchandise. Helps in preparing and shipping of store returns. Performs tasks related to the enhancement of overall store appearance including light housekeeping duties. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including extended hours of operation and Saturday openings.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University’s mission and who will be an active participant in their local church.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of one (1) year employment experience in a customer service environment is required. Experience in an education environment is preferred.
- Competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
- Proficiency in calculator and general office equipment is required
- Cash register operation and accurate cash handling skills are preferred.
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
- Must agree to the University's Employee Statement of Understanding.
Salaries and Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
