Provides comprehensive secretarial support to the Dean of the College as assigned. Performs assigned secretarial tasks for the College faculty, to include scheduling and timekeeping activities, data and records management, documentation and correspondence, and accomplishing special projects.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required;
- A minimum of 2 years secretarial experience is required, preferably in support of a senior-level manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
- A minimum of 45 wpm typing speed is required.
- Must have excellent written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
