Description
The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.

Responsibilities:
Process all university gifts. Record and track pledges. Send acknowledgement letters and tribute cards. Provide reporting to fundraisers and business office. Manage gift records and assist in managing constituent records. Keep track of matching gift information.  

Minimum Requirements: 
  1. Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University’s mission and who will be an active participant in their local church.
  2. A high school diploma or GED is required.  Completion of some college-level coursework is preferred.
  3. Proficient grammar, proofreading, writing and business letter-crafting skills are required. 
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications and particularly in Excel (word processing, mail merge, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
  5. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
  6. Must agree to the University's Employee Statement of Understanding
