Description
The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.
Responsibilities:Responsible for the daily operation of the Mayborn Campus Center. Coordinates the schedule for student workers assigned to the Center. Oversees the reception area and assures that a quality customer service program is implemented. Maintains appropriate records for the Center. Provides training for part-time employees and student workers. Regular evening and weekend work is required. After initial day shift training period, this position will be assigned to work M-F 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with additional on-call rotation.

Minimum Requirements:

- Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University’s mission and who will be an active participant in their local church.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required (prefer EXSS, business, education or related field).
- A minimum of two (2) years’ employment experience in a related field is required.
- Must possess or be able to obtain within six (6) months a Lifeguard Instructor certification from the American Red Cross, National Safety Council or other nationally recognized training program. This may include CPR and First Aid training requirements as prescribed.
- Must possess or be able to obtain within six (6) months a Certified Pool Operator's certification (CPO).
- Competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
- Competency in project management/scheduling and publication software (Adobe, FrontPage or similar) is required.
- Experience with recreation management software such as InnoSoft Fusion is preferred.
- Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
- Must agree to the University’s Employee Statement of Understanding.
